Hilary Rose Zalman, Esquire is a Landlord Tenant, Commercial Litigation, and Eviction Attorney and a managing partner of Zalman Law, P.A. Hilary Rose Zalman, Esq. is an alumni of the University of Miami where she graduated Cum Laude with a dual degree from the Schools of Arts and Sciences and the School of Communications with a focus in creative writing and the business of motion pictures.
Hilary Rose Zalman, Esq. obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and has been admitted in both the California and Florida State Bars. Through the Susan Poehls Program, she began her litigation career via an honorable certification through the State Bar of California. As a result of this intense training, Hilary seized the opportunity to litigate cases under the supervision of the Los Angeles, District Attorney’s Office in the heart of Inglewood, California. Simultaneously, Hilary Rose Zalman, Esq. continued her pursuit in a film career becoming a member of the Screen Actors Guild and was employed at such notable locations as Focus Features at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.
Hilary’s background in the arts combined with a degree in law set the stage for a fierce career in the courtroom. In 2006, Hilary Rose Zalman, Esq. moved to the heart of South Florida where she continued her litigation career in commercial litigation. Finding her home in the courtroom, Hilary remained at mid-size firms to maintain the opportunity to litigate daily. Since 2006, Hilary Rose Zalman, Esq. has worked with the largest commercial landlords and property managers in South Florida. Today, Hilary runs her practice in Boca Raton. Hilary utilizes her years of experience to assist her clients in expediting matters in commercial litigation with a strong focus in landlord tenant law.
